While I can respect this as an enthusiast, what's the fascination in dropping a car to the point that you have to almost stop and crawl sideways over a speed bump just to not scratch the body to badly?

nope. In fact on that model of Civic that is pretty much past where lowering it improves handling. If I were to guess, this height is entirely about looks.

I always try to give the thumbs up to the ek guys, since that group of owners usually know about good hondas, but so far ive had no luck. Which is sad, because theyre the only honda guys id like to talk with about the cars. sedan civic guys are no fun.
